WHOLE ROASTED PIG
Our Whole Roasted Pigs are slow roasted over charcoal. Pig will be prepared and decorated on a "Pig Board" for ease in transporting to your location.
Orders must be placed 14 days in advanceA $55.00 delivery fee will apply.
Price is $7.50 per pound, with 50 lbs. being the minimum weight ordered. A 50 lb. pig will yield approximately 35 lbs. of meat (approximately 140 4oz. servings).
One gallon of our specially prepared BBQ sauce is included
in the quoted price per pound. Additional sauce may be provided
for an additional charge of $10.95 per quart.
