Whole Roasted Pig (slow roasted over charcoal) may be ordered
for pick-up at our Lorton location. Orders must be placed
14 days in advance

Pig will be prepared at out Lorton location and decorated on a
"Pig Board" for ease in transporting to your location.

Price is $7.50 per pound, with 50 Ibs. being the minimum weight
ordered. A 50 Ib. pig will yield approximately 35 Ibs of meat.
(Approximately 140 4 ounce servings)

One Gallon of our specially prepared BBQ Sauce is included in the
quoted per pound price. Additional sauce may be provided for an
additional charge of $10.95 per quart.
